New computer for mothersday.

Ok, so I'm about the luckiest girl ever!
I know.

I've been bitching about my laptop for a while.
About how it's not "behaving" the way I want it to.
I am difficult, I know that - and I have very little patience for BS!
And when it comes to computers, well they either have to work properly or get the fu*k out of the way...
So yeah, I've been bitching about it.

It so happens I have the best husband in the world.
Well - in my world, that is. :)
Because he went and got me a new computer.
A badass monstercomputer that I, after playing with it for about five minutes, already is completely in love with.
And all he said about it was "Happy mothersday!" and "Happy Valentines!"
One could argue that he is just sucking up - but I happen to believe that he does it out of the very kindness of his heart.
And that's why I love him!

Song of the day: "Miracle of Love" - Eurythmics.

Finally!!!

After what feels like forever, my wish has finally come true. Joey DeGraw is coming to Oslo to play! It's been a spring full of emailing, calling and a lot of organizing to try and get Joey a gig over here. It's felt like a ton of work, yet I didn't really get anywhere. Then my friend Monica stepped up and got Joey a gig at a small, but very cozy pub called Buckley's in Oslo. I'm exited. Thats an understatement! I get to see Joey in the city I live in. No fuzz with travelling and no stress what so ever. It will be amazing. All I need to do is to sit down with a drink and enjoy some great music. This summer is saved, no matter what happens, cuz I get to see Joey DeGraw LIVE! :)

Before.

Just thought I'd show you a "before" picture of the room we're fixing up... I'll get more pics as we go.. :)
